Blueadventures Posted November 15, 2021 Posted November 15, 2021 I'm hearing 5,000 will become 3,000 on 2 December. 1
FinalRNWY22 Posted November 15, 2021 Posted November 15, 2021 Yeah! Basically all remains the same, except the hemispherical cruising levels become 'mandatory' at 3000ft AMSL. There's still reasons to break from this, such as safety due to weather or traffic etc, or if you are within 1500ft of the ground (i think its 1500) Its all in the new CASR part 91 1 1

Student Pilot Posted November 15, 2021 Posted November 15, 2021 Has the rest of the world changed hemispherical cruising levels?

It contains useful easy to follow information written in almost plain English. It has pictures and diagrams, recommend a hard copy. 2
