kevinhlkwan Posted August 13, 2022 Posted August 13, 2022 Hi all! I've ordered a flight bag, a kneeboard, and a few items on this Forum's Shop, Clear Prop Au, last week. My flight training is going to start soon, but my order status was still marked as "Open", and have yet to get a reply from Customer Service on their online chat. Anyone has purchased anything from them? How long does it usually takes for items to get dispatched? Is there any way I can follow up my order with them? Cheers!

Mewp Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 Had the same problem a couple of weeks ago. Rang and was advised the bank payment went through but the system did not advise Clear Prop. They immediatly forwarded the items ordered. I suggest giving them a call. 1

I usually phone first for expensive items to check in stock before payment. Saves any refund if not available. Edited August 14, 2022 by Blueadventures 1
propfarmer Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 Yes my last order hasn't shown up yet. I did call them and they promised to chase it up. I think as Mewp said, there were a few issues on their end. My previous orders have been dispatched promptly.
