I'd rather keep living beside the Council airport and let those buggers maintain it! Looks like that runway needs resurfacing too, so that won't be a cheap endeavour if you want to do it right!

Would have been only 5 million last year the way rural property prices have gone. I like how close the fences are to the runway, those rudder pedals are not foot rests.

If you look on the goggle maps and the ad listing, it looks as though the property shares the runway with the neighbour.

Considering that, I'd offer 5 $mil 🤣

Unless it has recently been subdivided sixmaps says you are right or the 47ha in the ad is a typo.

I saw this property come up... sadly the £ has tanked against the Aussie, otherwise I would only be about 9.5m off
