farri Posted January 7, 2011 Share Posted January 7, 2011 Perhaps (here we go, being sexist again) flying is just more of a 'blokey' thing? A bit like (say) riding a Harley. One of my instructors in the early 80s was a woman (still is I guess). Perhaps this is sexist also but a fact of life,I`ll get ready before I say it, , "Some girls are girly and some girls are blokey and some blokes are blokey and some blokes are girly". Flying is easy,it doesn`t matter wheather you wear pants or a skirt,(Unless you`re flying a Drifter),it`s what`s in between the ears that`s important.
