News media reports are coming in of a light aircraft crash into a paddock on Mulgathing Station (incorrectly reported in some reports as Mulgathy), around 200kms SW of Coober Pedy and 120kms W of the Stuart Hwy.

No further information is available until Police and rescue/emergency services reach the scene, which could be close to midday local time, due to the road distances involved. It seems the aircraft involved may be a Station mustering aircraft.
