sabre aircraft in the garden - on a post

noticed a Sabre ultralight in a garden on rural res land (about 40 kms nth of Gympie) (can't get close to it - don't know its history)

 

looks great - on a timber post at that - by the looks

 

about 2003 / 2004 these planes were very popular and sought after ..............................

If the property is at Glenwood then It is the Sabre 24-4311 that was involved in the double fatal mid air collision with the Glider at Gympie  on 9th November 2022.

The pilot used to live at Glenwood and I recognise the old orange Alis Chamers tractor in the picture that he had in his yard.

....... you are right ? - it was a Kappa / sabre

I had to check ........... my informant tells me this pilot owned 2 aircraft - both Kappa / sabre - so that starts to make sense why there is one in the garden on a post
