skippydiesel Posted December 30, 2024 Posted December 30, 2024 I think all four are brokers ie not insurerse. In the event of a claim it is the insurers who pay out or not, in in hole or part.😈

"Based out of Sydney and Melbourne, the Aviation underwriting team has over 100 years of insurance experience in Aviation and Aerospace, insuring risks varying from foot-launched gliders to interplanetary spacecraft." https://www.agileunderwriting.com/aviation/
danny_galaga Posted December 30, 2024 Author Posted December 30, 2024 Either way, I get insurance 🤷♂️ 1
turboplanner Posted December 30, 2024 Posted December 30, 2024 If it's any help I googled "public liability companies + aviation australia" and you wouldn't believe who was just sitting there.

It looks to me like the Base $20 m. cover works, but if the passenger is only compensated up to $250,000.00 that RAA may be able to get a low cost add on extension.
danny_galaga Posted December 31, 2024 Author Posted December 31, 2024 I went with Agile. What worked out well was that I had an online quote you could edit. I managed to massage nearly a thousand bucks off the original quote 🙂 1 1
