Apologies if most are already familiar with the story of this incredible Lady .... the Ercoupe pic in the silly forum reminded me and I thought maybe this would help inspire a student who was struggling a bit as to what is possible if you really want to do it.

The Ercoupe was made stall and spin resistant by limiting up elevator travel, isn't the a novel idea.

And don't forget the English blind pilot , who was invited to land at " Sydney Kingford Smith " airport .

i read a bit about them this morning. only 2 controls , no rudder pedals . is that right?

She's having a custom RV10 built as her next plane.

Some may be able to afford that.  RV's are marketed to Builders. SHE could also get a pilot to fly it too..Nev
