i passed a kitfox fuselage on a trailer last friday looked new but it had the dummy radial cowl.  near rosedale victoria.

There is a Kitfox forum with a large membership. A great resource.

I think there is a two or three new ones in Australia. Should be a fun build and nice to fly for a few years

That is the forum I joined 15 years ago and gained a lot of knowledge from the community. Sadly no longer a Kitfox owner.

It's a very informative site, even if you don't fly a Kitfox there is a depth of knowledge re the lighter side of things particularly the engines that most of us use that make it worth joining
