Guest Fitzy Posted June 3, 2008 Posted June 3, 2008 Hi, I am a newcomer to flying. I trained at Echuca, flying a Jabiru LSA 55. I now hire the Echuca Clubs Jabiru 160 to keep up some hours. I own and operate a dairy farm at Tongala and look forward one day to owning my own plane, not sure what yet. I am leaning towards the new Jabiru 120. With a farm there has been other priorities that drains the bank account, so now the family (2 children) have left home, but fortunately not my wife, I have allowed myself the indulgence to splash out on a wish I always had, to fly. I look forward to expanding my interests in flying and meeting other pilots and have heaps of enjoyment. Cheers
BigPete Posted June 3, 2008 Posted June 3, 2008 G'day Fitzy, Great to catch up the other day  - must come and land at your new strip once you've christened it.:big_grin::big_grin: regards
markendee Posted June 4, 2008 Posted June 4, 2008 Good to see you here Fitzy. Apparently the Savannah is a good plane for Tonny dairy farmers (and their mates) Looking forward to landing on your new strip too. Mark
Ben Longden Posted June 4, 2008 Posted June 4, 2008 Now you can scoot over to Shepp for lunch on a Saturday! Ben
