Joining Downwind ....

Hi all, stumbled on the site and joined immediately. Fantastic to see a united bunch. Look forward to meeting some of you.

 

Started in C172-40 hrs, then bought 503 Aerochute-50hrs. Decided I needed to fly faster and further (and higher) and bought 2004 Edge trike with S2B wing. What a life we have.... Looking skywards each day awaiting the next flight.

Hi there. I do believe we have already met in Airescape hanger in Tumut. On a hot... hot day you were repairing a wayward nosewheel.

I still have the bitumen embedded in those pants. I'll do it on the grass next time.

 

In fact, Dave C and Just Fred helped me do just that in Wollongong 2 weeks ago.

Every now and then the tension slacks off and it shimmies severely on landing.

 

It will settle down soon.
