OK, We've seen the Spitfire's and the Mustang's as well as an assortment from W.A.R.

 

Now there's another contender from Italy!

 

How about a two seat, all metal Hurricane. :thumb_up:

Real nice, and with 2 seats, that's gotta be a winner. Don't like the sound of the Rotax though, a GM Isuzu would go and sound better.

Thats sweet IanR... hmm.. i wonder what a full scale camel would weigh in at.

I doubt if the full scale ones would be suitable for RAA - maybe some of the smaller scale ones ?

Is that the data for an original Camel ? I didn't see a kit one on thatw ebsite although I may have missed it. The stats for the full scale Pup are (sourced from a message list the builder posted to) :

I think most of those era of biplane fighters could well be built full size, but at lighter weights using modern materials and engines.

 

As an aside, dimensionally, the SE-5a is smaller in span than the Sopwith Camel, but longer in the fuse, (a bit more stable).
