Hi All.

 

I will moving close to Ballarat next month. There are two schools there. I intend to go for my RAA Cert . Is this a good place for a tailwheel endorsement?

Tailwheel endorsement.

 

David S, to the best of my knowledge there are no taildraggers used for training at Ballarat. Bruce Vickers at Lethbridge, is getting a Zlin which would certanly be suitable. School details are on the RAAus website. If you want confirmation of the Ballarat situation contact blueline, as he operates one of the schools. PS. I am a tailwheel person myself. There are not many of us left.. Nev.

I will follow that up. I own an Avid Mk4 so that may be suitable. The main concern is to find an instructor with more than just a few hrs tailwheel.
