skeptic36 Posted July 30, 2008 Posted July 30, 2008 Hi all I'm doing a bit of study for my upcoming radio operators exam and have been through Flight Radio For Pilots a couple of times and can't seem to find any reference to how you address an aircraft if you don't know their call sign. Could somebody help me out please Thanks in advance Regards Bill
Guest bigblockford545 Posted July 30, 2008 Posted July 30, 2008 In circuit "cessna located downwind" elsewhere "piper 3 mile NW point cook" usually gets their attention. have fun Simon
Mazda Posted July 30, 2008 Posted July 30, 2008 If in doubt just try to make sure they know you are talking to them! "Red biplane on final", "aircraft inbound", "aircraft east of Timbuktu township", etc.
