Just landing a new jabiru 230

Just landing from USA. My buddy is quadriplegic and we have spent the last year + modifying and flying an ercoupe. He soloed about 3 weeks ago and celebrated by buying a new Jabiru 230.

 

We just got back from Oshkosh airventure where we took possession of the plane and then had the dealer fly it out to napa california.

 

Just started some mods on it for him and flew it the first time last Sun.

 

There are very few Jabirus out here and it's hard to find anyone with some time in them. Actually I stumbled on this site while trying to find a POH online that I could download. The little browsing I've done of this site leads me to believe there are quite a number of jabiru owners and pilots here. I'm hoping that some of you will share your experiences with jabiru, especially the 230.

 

Also see you have a gallery so will be happy to post some photos of the Oshkosh air show if anyone is interested.
