new to this technology

[Guest Tornado]

Hi I registered 2/7 ago & read a few items. I'm old eneough to remember B&W tv. This technology is very new to me. I've had my AUF( now RAA) licence since 1999 & accrued > 600 hrs in ragwings. I have not flown for ~3 years now but started re-training 3/52 ago & looking for another plane. I chose my login as somebody else had my name. Tornado is my 4 1/2yo anglo (thats a horse). I bred & trained him. We spend lots of time tramping through bush trails.

me mate had one them trail horses that used to get bored and go to sleep the number of times that it tipped him off along the trail is uncountable

You should soon get back into the swing of things and don't feel bad about the b&W TV. I still have one, but have to admit it is a standby. I tried to give it away to the Salvos tears ago and they didn't want it.

Tornado. great to hear from you. We're pretty similar in that I used to service b & w tv's when i was a young'un. Also used to ride and drive ponies. Unlike you, the horses took a back seat until last month when I decided to take a beach ride in Bali. First time in the saddle for 40 years and loved it. Was a bit stiff the following 2 days but what fun. Didn't fall off, even when making a video at the canter. Next best thing to flying.
