Guest Macnoz Posted October 26, 2008 Posted October 26, 2008 Hello I’m saying. On Sunday 27th a gang of us from Caboolture flew down to Boonah for breakfast. Beautiful location on the base of the scenic rim a very friendly gang there and a very active gliding club A long way to go for a brekkie roll you might say but as with all things it’s the journey as much as the destination that makes it interesting. Amazing variations were proffered on the ideal way of getting there but I choose down over the islands, Moreton and Stradbroke then inland tracking over the CUB brewery at Yatla. For the return leg I came up the southern lane of entry to Archerfield over the top and up the northern exit lane at 1,500 with an excellent view of Brisbane city.
