pylon500 Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Hi ozzie, how's the Elazair coming? Arthur.
Guest ozzie Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Battery cost is the main drama. motors that are the right physical size/weight that can produce full power for a reasonable time without melting down is another. no manufacturer can garrantee they won't burnout. I'm watching the Yuneec PPG from china closely and hope to visit them early next year when i go there on a unrelated work trip next year and see what they can do. RC model stuff is just to small and the electraflyer set up is to heavy to do as twin plus doubling the cost. if i converted to single engine i could probably use it. but a single engine Lazair? poohey Ozzie
