The Smartfish is interesting, been looking at it for at least 5 years. The problem for many is that it will not fit into the LSA category. It will have (in present configuration) a MTOW of 1000kgs and be powered by a jet. I wonder if the developers would consider letting an Aussie develop something here. If that were the case the price wouldn't be "off the planet."

The first one is the Terrafugia. (Probably got spelling wrong) It was at Oshkosh this year. In theory will be flying / driving within a couple of years.

It must have to be going along at quite a pace to keep itself airborne;)
