Yenn Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 I will be doing the grand tour of family and friends next month and wonder what "Must see" things there are on my route. I will be going to Qld Sunshine Coast, Taree to hopefully see the Cheetah, Sydney, Goulburn, Beechworth, Temora for the March flying and then home via the inland routes. Are there any good aviation sites I will be anywhere near?
Guest Crezzi Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 Near the Sunshine Coast there are a couple of aircraft museums at Caloundra & Caboolture QAM Home Page Caboolture Warplane Museum - home Cheers John
Guest disperse Posted January 16, 2009 Posted January 16, 2009 Katoomba and more Just can't think of much right now. But a day up the Blue mountains, would be very worth while. Mostly for the scenery. 3 sisters, Sky car, Zig Zag railway, etc. and your more than welcome here if it helps, we're out penrith way which is the base of the Blue mountains. Give Dad a ring for the phone number if you like. Either way Hope you enjoy every bit of your trip Troy
