Guest Maj Millard Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 Hey at a guess that looks like either a Baron, or maybe Seneca ?. Bloke by the name of Roy Marker from Albury did the same thing off the wing of the Lockheed 12a, that we jumped out of the air museum (Wangaratta ?) around 72. Blokes in the States used to do it regulary off the wing of DC-3s, as they have a handy emerg hatch right above the wing, which they left off. Departure by the way was generally foward, over the leading edge, except that bloke went backwards. The DC-3 wings used to be a bit greasy.
turboplanner Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 Standing up...bare feet...on the wing of a twin at flying speed? Did we forget the slipstream? Just try holding a camera out the window of a little 172, then take another look.
