Was just wondering if anyone knew if the wagga aeroclub is active on the social side?

Yeah they are. The regulars celebrate beer o'clock on a Friday evening at the club house and of course other activities. A nice bunch of blokes! It's usually one of the club members staffing the WGA Unicom if you're doing a Nav up this way.

 

Hmmm, Mangalore... You coming to live here soon?

ive enjoyed the aeroclub activities at shepp for awile now.

 

so was hopeing to continue some social aviation activities.

 

will be moving up in the next month or so.

Give us a heads up when you're arriving and between the RAA drivers and the aero club guys, we'll get you rough headed lot settled in and socialised. Hell, we'll even take you for a blat and teach you the joys of scaring RPT! (only joking...the scaring bit that is.)

 

I should pull my finger out and join the club. :black_eye: The guys are always offering a spot to go with them on fly-a-ways.
