Guest danda Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 Jumped in the car and treated myself to wings over wagga yesterday. Looks good except my sleve was wet from wiping away the drool, thats the trouble with those places they bring out the covertness in all of us the if only's if you like. In truth I saw some fantastic aircraft and on my way home it mad me think how far recreational aviation has come, on one hand you can still enjoy the thruster at a reasonable cost or you can enjoy something like a sting or a tecnam such is the versaltility of recreational aviation. Jabby Posted October 28, 2006 Posted October 28, 2006 Hi Don I too drove to Wagga from the Central Coast to find the most wonderful ultralights on the planet My favourites were the Texan, Storch with folding wings. Esqual and not forgetting the Tecnam. It would have been a fantastic weekend except for the horrible wind factor Hope to be back again next year. Mike
Guest Fred Bear Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 Perhaps next year if it is not suitable for flying we could arrange a car pool. I'd be more than happy to drive from Sydney (I love driving aswell as flying);) Same goes for the next Narromine too.
