Quasar pom Posted March 12, 2009 Author Posted March 12, 2009 Hi Brett, I used to work the Squid boat's out of port Philip bay and stayed in Ge long i worked on the Ecaro a Greek owned boat, great crew loads of fun some v happy memories.. I just got back from the main air factory today to pick my Fully rebuilt wing up it was in quite a state after 20 year of abuse and had received many permits although the mandatory's had not been caried out... but thats another story... its now all shiny and new with zero hours and fully updated.. just rebuilding the front forks and that is the last job nose art copied from a world war 2 lancaster in the 626 squadren based at wikenby close to where i live in sherwood forest, i like to fly into all the old ww2 air bases and leave tributes ocasionaly to all those who gave there lives for the freedom we enjoy today.. and she should be ready to fly for the weekend... i think this one will be called Grace... ile be sure to send you some pictures... Regards to all and safe flying.....
