Guest willkiwi Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 G'day, I registered on here a while ago, finally got around to actually posting something. OK, so the story is, I've got about 20 hours flying GA, (in the Traumahawk) but my last flight would have been about a year ago, school/uni/buying a car got in the way. Now I've sold my car, got a little cash, so I want to get my RA-Aus licence now instead as it's better suited to what I want to do than GA. I'm based on the Northside of Brissy, so I was wondering what FTFs would be the best bet at Redcliffe/Caboolture? Oh, and I also found this link, Welcome to Access Air Share, does anyone know much about it? P.S Sorry if this has been posted before...
Guest Crezzi Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 There are a couple of FTF at Caboolture - Pro-sky Caboolture (Pro-Sky Caboolture) Caboolture Recreational (Caboolture Recreational Aviation) I'd suggest checking them both out & seeing which one suits you best - different styles, aircraft types etc Cheers John PS welcome !
Guest Warwick Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 Willkiwi try contacting Zane tully at Pro sky Caboolture - the site is prosky.info All the info is there. He has TECNAM Echo's (High wing and the TECNAM Sierra P 2002 low wing.) Great aircraft to fly etc. Competitive rates too. I found the coffee pretty good also. yummy Cheers Warwick
skyfox99 Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 Caboolture Recreation at Caboolture is the way to go. They operate 2 Jabiru 160 a Jabiru 170 a Gazelle and also have a Piper Cub on the RAA register. They are a very friendly lot to. Highly recommanded.
