Guest zigi Posted April 17, 2009 Posted April 17, 2009 Hi,Hello again Hi, its zigi 90 hours on jabirus plus navs raa. Now upgrading to ppl 4 hours cessna 150 . I enjoy flying and cant wait to get out of the circuit in the cessna,s. I think this websight is great. zig. 2010 already, Hi, well its a long way to the top , about 10,000 feet already , for an ultralight pilot 10,000 ft , anyway? Seeing as there aren,t any ultralights for hire in my area I,ve been regularly flying a c150 and occasionally a 172 Cessna. I have now passed the ppl exam and just waiting to do the GFPT test through Rocky Aero club, one of the first Aero clubs in Australia. After some intensive studies which covered the many aspects of GA flying with a (Radio) and some anxious momets in heavy traffic with Airbusses and the like I finally feel like I,m starting to get the hang of easy and gentle control of an aircraft. With a lot more flying hours and many trial exams and tests now behind me Ive startd to review the whole thing and look out to see where im going. Get my head out of the cockpit ,in other words. Frankly I found the ppl exam difficult and passed , though however, the real fact is that the GFPT tests reguire a high result also, and generally it could be stated that one has to get 100% to get a licence in a GA class. Well at least 99.99% anyway. HAPPYLANDINGS . ZIGI. 2010:lost:
