Hi all,

I am bit new to this forum but first of all it is a great source of info.

Anyway I will try and give my story briefly. I already have a CPL/IR Mutli with about 210 hours "50 in twin engin" and I am trying to do a conversion in OZ.

My license is from Overseas with about 50 hours here in OZ and the rest in Jordan. I need some help please about the best way to go about this.

I obtained my license in January 2005 and and had a couple of flights at Basair "SYD" late 2005.

I have decided since that I need to convert the license but I got married and had 2 kids and worked and it has not been easy. Finally I decided to take the Air law exam this Tuesday and hopefully I get it out of the way. I still need a flight test but it has been a while since my last flight.

I need an advice from a flight instructor on how many hours do you think will be needed to get me ready for the CPL flight exam? I am also interested in the easiest way to do it "week end flying for example and where to look for a schoo"

I forgot to add that I live in Sydney and don't mind driving away if needed.

Thanks for reading the whole story and looking forward to some advise
