Who made it to Latrobe Valley's Airshow?

I rocked up at a bit after 12 with 3 aircraft and 8 people from Tooradin. The weather was too nasty to get there until about 12pm so we had quite a number come back to Tooradin to wait for it to clear. It was a little disappointing that more didn't come from the local area to support the event. Whilst the weather looked quite grey it was quite a nice day. There could have been a lot more aircraft fly in too however they were scared off by the weather. Even some of the display aircraft didn't fly in as they didn't have the appropriate gear in case they got stuck. The Vampire was definitely a highlight and the Roulettes seemed to be flying more aggressively and lower than normal.

I did and it was a beaut day.

 

Vampire, Mustang, Aerobatic displays, Roulettes, water bombing plus a lot more.

 

Great day for 10 bucks!
