Hi all,

I am from Malta (EU) and I fly a Jora spol ultralight (Czech manufacture). I got my licence three years ago when I was 71. When I first started I was not very happy with my landings but now, at 74 I feel quite confident and I have 80 hours under my butt. Glad to join you all. Let's have fun. Norman.

Welcome aboard Norman,

They can be a fairly wild bunch on here but you will get good advice and some fun times as well - enjoy

G'day and Welcome Norman, great to have you on here:thumb_up:

Those Jora aircraft look pretty nice, actually very similar looks to a Jabiru a bit I reckon...

Have Fun, Fly Safe, and Enjoy...

G'day Norman.

Any long flights would have to be over water wouldn't they? Better to be flying now than when you were a kid.

Welcome Norman!

Where do you go flying in Malta? I would imagine you run out of land to fly over pretty quick! :)

I have good memories of Malta, we got married at the Xara Palace in Mdina in 2005!
