You're not very far away Cub. The Deer Park bypass is a winner. I must have used it 1/2 doz times & it cuts a lot of time off getting to Moorabin (son lives nearby).

Thanks for replying guys. I'm building a Cubby, which is a Piper Cub like replica just slightly smaller.

Very nice machine...and strangely in my eyes the nose wheel does not ruin the lines of her...still retains that special something with the nose on the front.

Will your be trike like the white planes pictures or tail wheel like the yellow one?

 

Yellow piper cubs have a very authentic appeal in my opinion :big_grin:
