bonanzadriver Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Hello all! Great site you have here. Hope you don't mind a GA guy dropping in from time to time to check out what's happening in recreational flying.
facthunter Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Dropping in? Not at all. we are all in this together. A Vee tail too. Is it yours? I have a little "sparky" and get involved with RAAus as well. nev
bonanzadriver Posted June 28, 2009 Author Posted June 28, 2009 Proud owner! Yes - it belongs to me and a friend who is also a keen 'weekend warrior'. As a matter of fact I am just about to walk out the door to pick him up and go for a flight. Who knows where - just wherever we point the nose!
facthunter Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Good idea. That would be nice. I have done a bit of time in the B-33. Nicely built aircraft, the Beechcraft, but not cheap to keep and nice and strong. Enjoy, I used to fly out of Newcastle, not far from where you are. Nev.
Admin Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Hey Bonanza Driver - it's all recreational flying  Have fun and welcome to the site - make yourself at home and join in!
slartibartfast Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Oooh - a fork-tailed doctor killer. Looks very nice. Welcome, brethren all.
dunlopdangler Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Had a A36 once...would like another, no more expensive to run than the Arrow...anyway welcome to the site, I also fly mainly GA with a little RAA on the side and don't see any difference...at the end of the day we are all aviation tragics suffering from AIDS (aviation induced divorce syndrome)
facthunter Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Doctor killer? Slarti, I always thought that the Baron went under that title. Twins will kill anybody who only flies them occasionally. N.
slartibartfast Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Slarti, I always thought that the Baron went under that title. Twins will kill anybody who only flies them occasionally. N. No idea Nev. I assumed it was the Bonanza.
bonanzadriver Posted June 28, 2009 Author Posted June 28, 2009 Aviators one and all! Thanks for the welcome folks! I don't get a lot of time to get on line but I will certainly make this a regular stop when I do! Blue skies and tailwinds to all!
