Can some please point me in the direction of a good book or learning resource to learn about weight and balance.

The formal RAA reference material is a good start, but most people make their mistakes on the very basics. I'll be posting a series of simple case studies soon.

When i was at Aiventure last year i bought an excellent book on the subject.

 

can't remember the actual name of it off hand and it is at my other abode but i think it is an EAA publication. only about 20 bucks but a must for the restorer/homebuilder. try the www.eaa.org site. should not be to hard to find

yep that's the one i have in hard copy has a ref no of FAA-H-8083-1A
