Guest ledsled Posted August 1, 2009 Posted August 1, 2009 I am new to this site so thought I would introduce myself.I have been flying ultralights since 1980 and operated a school in Kooralbyn for 25 years.Almost 2 years ago I moved to Tassie where I have my own bush strip and plane out the back.I have just started a school at Wynyard at the Wynyard Aeroclub(WAC) using a Tecnam P92 and my GR912 Lightwing Taildragger. I am enjoying the flying here and rapidly learning about Tassie weather.
Guest Qwerty Posted August 1, 2009 Posted August 1, 2009 Gday Led, If you operate from WAC does that make you a WACKER??? Later, Qwerty
Guest Decca Posted August 2, 2009 Posted August 2, 2009 Hi ledsled. Welcome to the forums. Sounds like you may have plenty to contribute given your experience. Regards, Decca.
Guest Max Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Hi, Just got back from the mainland and saw another Tassie on-board. Welcome and I look forward to meeting you some time. Love the Tecnam such a beautiful aircraft, a pleasure to fly. I learn't at Nerrandera so the Tassie weather was something new for me to deal with, but keeps it interesting. Cheer !
