Redair, he's either spreading seed or fertilizer with the 'spreader' under the center. The spray-booms have been removed from the wings, to reduce drag, but the hangers are still attached......the cockpit is air-conditioned too of course..........................................

Indeed, it was fertilizer... just hope none of it drifted onto all the weeds in our garden!

Hi, I was going to ask if it is legal to fly with a dog, but I guess that it is OK as long as it guide-dog if the pilot is blind.

Nice one. He and his buddies were waiting behind me for fuel Monday morning. That was a little intimidating. Bloody big planes. They were burning more fuel waiting for me than I was going to use getting back to Goulburn.

I think the fuel burn for a Trojan works out to roughly 1 litre per knot i.e. 200kts @ 200 L/hr or thereabouts...haven't found a cost model that works to allow me to buy one yet...
