I know how you feel Jodie. My daughter gave me a flight in a Pitts S2C for my 50th last year. I had a ball. Best present ever, or at least since my first wife gave me that particular daughter.

Not subtle enough.

 

I don't have a conventional gear endorsement and haven't flown one since my Blanik days, so I didn't take off or land. The horsepower would have bitten me for sure.

 

I flew much of the rest of the time though, and loved it.

Grandpa, Robert "Bob" Davis. Rumour has it he owned the first aerobatics plane at the field or taught it...not sure.
