Mazda Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 I understand the big problem in operating there is the wind.
Guest Decca Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 I can't believe this. Can't be a terrorist issue in Gibraltar. Does everyone need an ASIC to go airside?:stirring pot: Decca.
Deskpilot Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 One of my daughters is currently living there with her soldier husband. She has to cross the runway every time she goes into Spain to do some shopping (weekly, got nothing else to do). It doesn't seem to be a problem and as far as I know, there's never been a plane verses car incident of any sort. Don't know about terrorists but.
Guest Crezzi Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 Don't know about terrorists but. Historically they don't do too well there - Operation Flavius - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Cheers John

turboplanner Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Looks like a policy of take no chances, take no prisoners, John.Would not like the chances of a "red light runner" at those traffic lights. Decca. Or a wayward Ape just strolling down to pick up some nuts.
