Anyone know what is involved in getting the Advanced Pilot endo? What are the requirements etc?

Somebody of authority told me it was simply an in-house way of identifying somebody with more than 150 hours TT, IE: not a student anymore. So maybe it should be changed to 'made it this far without crashing' endorsement' ??.

Which reminds me of the old WW2 fighter pilot.......He said he had destroyed six aircraft during the war....fortunatly two of them were enemy !!......................
