New Saitek Gauges have arrived

The new Saitek gauges have arrived giving you the ability to have up to the full 6 pack of flight instruments right in front of you.

 

They are not cheap though - Clear Prop will have them at $199 each

Try "Sim kits" who sell that kind of stuff.

 

Nothing against them, but their prices are a bit more than that from memory.

I saw them and just loved them. As I live in Sydney, I found someone closer who sold them.

 

"Luckily" they only had two in stock. I would have bought more. Kinda lucky I didn't.

These work on FS-X ONLY! I am a FS9 person.

actually, if you had them set up in the usual standard pattern, ASI on the top left, AH top middle, Alt top right, T & C bottom left DG bottom middle and VSI on bottom right, you could use these to practice your Instrument flying scan routine.... though you should never be flying on instruments in RAAus aircraft.

I expect the drivers use SimConnect which means they can't work in FS9 unless someone writes drivers using FSUIPC. It is not trivial so unless the manufacturer is planning on creating some I don't think you will be in luck any time soon unfortunately.

"Ultralights" the gagues, an Airspeed, altitude, VSI and direction would be nice in an ultralight.

 

But anyway, that's accademic.

 

Seems I have two "Lemons".

 

Anyone wanna buy them?
