Assuming the statement made in the forest is the difference between right and wrong. Translation - "If a licensed man does speeding with no one around, is he still in the wrong...?" Answers yes of course... But then again its only illegal if you get caught - not!! :clown: Ps. I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken!
