Guest Qwerty Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 I lost the aerial to my Garmin 296 yesterday. Somehow it fell off during a 3 k walk through pasture that was long enough to make it impossible to find. I can't find the remote aerial, its packed in my junk some where in Northern Tasmania. I am assuming that a replacement will cost $600.00 and take 18 months to deliver. Does anyone have an expired Garmin from which I can beg, borrow or buy the aerial. Alternatively does anyone know what the specs of the aerial are so I can make my own??? Qwerty
skeptic36 Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 I dunno anything about them, but maybe one of these Pc-Mobile data cables audio adapters for PDA, GSM and GPS Bluetooth, Nikon PSP would get you out of trouble for a while :ne_nau: Regards Bill
