It's a Flash. Make sure you aren't blocking the Flash Player, or indeed that you have it installed.

I couldn't handle the stress of air traffic control. I have a co worker who did it for a few years and decided it wasn't for him and he was at Adelaide! I couldn't imagine one of the big ones!
