Flight training competition promotion.

Received this today from a friend... So I just wondered if there is anyone over the Brisbane direction that would be willing to help out with this promotion. RAA or GA, preferably an enclosed cockpit type. If so, could you please post or PM me the details.

 

Obviously would be good promotion for the flight school also.

This year a MAF stand will be at EasterFest in Toowoomba, we are currently looking for ways to raise the awareness of MAF and attract people to the MAF stand.

 

 

 

One idea is an offer of a free trial flight with an aviation company for the winner of a competition, flight could be in Brisbane or Toowoomba.

 

 

 

I am struggling myself to know of any flight training/joy flight organizations that I could approach and ask them to consider donating a flight for this purpose to help MAF.

careful aligning yourself with groups with aims outside aviation

so true, but "easterfest" brings a boost to the economy of Toowoomba every Easter and although I have had nothing to do with MAF myself, I have had acquantances over the years do flying with them and they have treasued the experience, they do good work , check it out if you like, Home - Mission Aviation Fellowship I am only too happy to ask on Tomo's behalf.

So if you didn't mind mentioning it to them to see if they'd be interested, that would be great. You probably know who to talk to better than I would.

 

CFI: Yes I realize what you are saying... Though MAF is an aviation organization, (that is why a TIF would be quite appropriate) and Easterfest is a music type festival, but featuring a lot of different "stalls" if you like as well. It added 10,000 to Toowoomba's population last yr!
