Feb 2010 Brd Meeting - ICST Analysis and Review

I have been given the task to conduct a full analysis and review of the ICST (Information and Communication Systems and Technologies) of the RAAus.

 

I will be looking at the technologies we are using, the processes that we use, the information management, hardware, software etc to see if we can do it better and more cost effective. Things change so quick in these areas and there may be better ways to utilise these areas for all concerned.

 

I will complete a report and submit it to the board which will include what we are getting for our money now, what could we get that would be an improvement and what else is available that could be used in the betterment of these areas subject to appropriate cost/benefit analysis.
