Hi all my name is Damien from Ireland currently doing lessons at Bunbury Flying school WA and loving it, starting NAVS and preparing for PPL but was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a copy of the Visual Flight Guide Version 2 as CASA is updating and does not have any version available. Regarding the VFG, I'm not sure if they've printed the new version yet, and they are getting pretty scarce at the moment. I think you can download it from somewhere, not sure though. Best bet is to ask around and see if anyone has an old one they don't want, the old one's are still great things to have nearby.

Hi Damien, i heard that it isnt out yet, as they are finalizing the change from GAAP to class D, effect date 3 june.It should be out soon i suspect.

Hi Damien, welcome to the forums.

 

Sorry I can't help you with V2 of the VFR Guide, except last time I looked our club had plenty of copies left but postage price could be a problem. Ian may also have copies in "Clear Prop".

 

Does your Flying School library have a copy?

 

Oterwise beg or borrow a copy from someone who isn't using theirs at the moment.
