old man emu Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 Are there any propellors available for a Jabiru 2200 that have a smaller diameter than the standard Jab prop? Old Man Emu
Modest Pilot Posted March 27, 2010 Posted March 27, 2010 I'm running a 54Dx44P Sensenich on my Sonex for a cruise of110kn at 2850rpm. It's an early model 2200 and has had a head upgrade. With the new heads Sensenich's 54Dx48P would proably be better for a cruise prop.
Guest The Bushman Posted March 28, 2010 Posted March 28, 2010 I have a 57 x 42 prop as new suit jab 2.2 James
Guest Escadrille Posted April 7, 2010 Posted April 7, 2010 Richard Sweetapple makes a great Jabiru Propeller ( well for anything actually) . 57 X 44 mine is . It works very well indeed..
facthunter Posted April 7, 2010 Posted April 7, 2010 Prop diameter. There is an old saying about propeller length. It goes like this. "keep your prop as long as possible for as long as possible". Nev.
