I'm tossing up whether to drive down to Tyabb tomorrow (18th) for the airshow.

Hi Darky,

 

I went along and enjoyed it very much! Weather was excellent, so all planes scheduled to fly did so. I took some video, which I haven't played back yet, but if it isn't too horrendous and my editting skills prove to be good enough to remove the shots of people's heads, I can burn you a DVD and send. Will let you know later in the week when I have had time to do same.

Hi Darky & Wigg,

 

Have put together a DVD of the Tyabb Airshow for a few mates who couldn't make it (and my mum in the UK). It won't win any awards at the Cannes Film Festival , but hopefully gives a reasonable overview of the planes and the show. You are very welcome to have a copy - just PM me an address to which I can send it.

 

(Has lots of shots of the Gazelles for you, Wigg :big_grin:)

Thanks Wigg. You'd think with using the Internet thingy since the early nineties I'd have a more hip handle than jhonan (Jamie Honan) but there you go.

 

Thing about photos is they just make you want a more expensive camera.

 

That blog has a year's worth of weekly posts if you have a rainy afternoon.
