Hey Tomo, was this a flying exhibit or just a mock up. Do you know what it is and where it came from?

Hey! No it's a real aircraft that flies, I'm not really sure about the story on it, but a guy built it from scratch etc etc... here is a video of it flying, well a small bit somewhere in the vid anyway! I took this video the same time as these photos

...yeh it was inspired by the Grumman F-9 panther. Grumman's first ever attempt at designing a carrier jet aircraft which served during the Korean war and the frist American jet to shoot down a Soviet Mig-15.

I take my hat off to this guy creating this semi-scale lightweight replica of the F-9!
