I prefer the old style menu, I hope it will be retained as an option. I don't understand the latest trend to turn everything into a mobile/small screen theme. In my opinion, it doesn't work well if you don't have touch (e.g. on desktop). Perhaps would be good to understand the inspiration for the new theme?
