    It was a Cessna 152. Tough little plane.

    Just to let every one know, It was during take off we received a big gust of wind from the rear starboard, it was strong enough to take away lift and push us off the right hand side of the runway. We hit a tree at about 15ft up. My wife has a cracked collarbone and I got a black eye. We are very lucky, just an unforseen wind gust.
