Persistence and tenacity is what is needed and when you start do not stop. The problem is people give up or they are too trusting, just send a letter with your information and that is the last that anything is heard of. No it is a case of pestering every week. I have a case going as the moment we were promised the world sad to say that was the last we heard..... HOWEVER.... sad to say for the crowd it is a reminder regarding every week. KP.

I give the correct answer for the question, sometimes I can not answer the question with full content - if all is revealed I will be in a lot of rouble however I give clues and one has to use their noggin a little. However I keep away from a situation of having to name a person. F_T you must be a politian you have not answered the question. You gave a diatribe that is not an answer, has to be a name. e.g. Malcolm Turnbull or Sarah Hanson-Young. The burden of the question is:- "Who" get that answered and you will be on the road to being a bit honourable. KP

A Question for you F_T.. So which Politian would you give the task to run the country? You seem to say they are all useless, out of that pile, that is all you have to pick from you have to select which one will do the best job. Demonstrate you selection. KP

If there is a mishap, near miss or some other lapsed moment. Then there is the enquiry with all the noise, bells and whistles- then the "reports" and the fix is; "another rule" not a restructure of procedures. KP

Good Morning gandalph.. Thank you for the warning triangle regarding my post -- however my mind boggles. To help better under my post go to billwoodmason #4 and have read of that post. With what I said and post #4 that will give a clearer understanding of the situation of which we are now experiencing. I am not the only person who is thinking this way. KP

winsor68.. Excellent words there. "Baloney" is a good answer. Yep egos got in the way and "SAFETY" became the buzz word bigger than Mt. Everest. Egos and the safety mix got out of control and this what we have. I do have a good one liner regarding egos if I use it I will be banned. Safety, is not a big issue just go back get rid of the fear factor teach people how to think with procedures there it is in a nut shell. Do not get me wrong -- I am all for not hurting people and not damaging planes BUT teach "Safe Procedures" .."Safe Cultures". Not the never ending diet of "Safety" "Safety" "Safety" "Safety" and no member input only the egos out of the office. Safety is the end product not the beginning. KP

Well billwoodmason you are making some very good points which have been ignored my management. The L1 fiasco:- how can one do good maintenance when there is only an academic questions on regulations and information learnt in parrot fashion. When it is all said and done the L1 test is only an exercise in ticking boxes not education to learn correctly one has to have a practical content. You mentioned Jabiru:- I went to a Jabiru engine maintenance course that course is not recognised by RAAus, the plot thickens deeper. RAAus tells us their micky mouse L1 certificate is ample, when the hands on is no good. Controlled Airspace:- That is only a dream because of the medical fiasco. CASA has ruined GA:- Who is allowing that push to influence RAAus? KP

To be put in a simplistic form Part149 is the act Part103 is the regulations. These parts will recognised to a common standard world wide. I do believe having a common standard world wide will be easier to manage to what we have which is unique to Australia. If one looks into the operation of Part149 and Part103 those parts are not only unique for RAAus and SAAA they are available to other sections of aviation for who ever wishes to utilise them. When those two parts are implemented in Australia there will be a completely different playing field and as I see it - a lot less confusion. KP

gandalph #65.. I did ask some questions and the answers I was provided with -- did not fit with the information of which I had sourced. Something is being hidden. The case is going back pre the management restructure. Follow Frank's comments he has some very honest views. KP

What you are saying there F_T.... RAAus does not travel in a straight line. If they were wood ducks you would be hungry as they would not fly in a straight line so you can get a good shot so you get a feed. KP.

If you wish you can say that F_T. But why change the rules mid stream? Imagine the noise next state election --- at close of voting Saturday the experts get together and extend closing to Monday. Imagine the yelling. KP.

Yep storchy, Long go - look what kasper revealed. Look what he revealed about the voting, he was cracked off. Cut off and every excuse was used so his views did not have to be considered. So the voting rules are just "Rafferty's Rules", altered to suit the occasion. KP

Regarding the mess it is in. Some of the ones (they said they were the experts to fix it) at the helm are the ones who were making a big noise regarding the previous boards efforts. Looks like they are doing a worse effort, *A mess exists. *Finances are dwindling super fast. *Plus...What have we not heard. KP

Well Col, It is not a bother to me if a person's life skills dose not extends to spelling and grammar. It is what is in their is heart which is the large consideration. What about the people who engineeed the scuttle of the change for the medicals - those people should be degraded in the list of human assets. They are the people who should be hoyed out. KP.
